i have rented this house for 4 years and the landlord won't fix nothing. they say have al fix it ( my husband) and throw the receipt in the rent envelope. we are having mold problems now it seems and it is spotting our windows. a tree fell christmas eve that they said they were going to cut down 2 years ago, and instead of having someone come move it, they went to florida for the winter. now my husband tried to move it and hurt his shoulder. he is not one to complain but enough already. can't they be made to fix this stuff? also the house had a deck on it when we leased, and the insurance company said it needed improvements. so they tore it down and had steps to nowhere putup . they said they were going to fix the windows, and the leaks as our electric has jumped 200. this winter and again instead decided to vacation. we are not wealthy and my husband just turned 65 but works every day. my oldest daughter developed ezema and her breathing is terrible lately since this mold started popping up on her bedroom windows

A real estate attorney.
Mold will not grow on windows, you are talking about mildew, and unless maid service is included in your rent this would not be a legal issue.
As far as the tree and deck it is only an issue if the tree fell on the house or is mentioned in your lease.
