You are already 18, what i'd say is go to the library and look for any laws pertaining the administration of estate and/or money for children by a legal guardian. As far as i know, she is supposed to keep detailed financial records of the money that is not hers. Learn whatever you can about the subject and then see about the possibility of taking her to court so she shows the records and gives detailed info as on where the money goes.
