I went to a website where someone is renting out their vacation condo in Florida but they said only people between the ages of 23-68, single women have to have income greater than 40k, and no college students or single men are allowed to rent.....
Isn't that considered discrimination?
They said they give you a great deal if you attend a 90 minute presentation, but they won't sell to certain types of people. (example: lower income people, single men, etc.)

It sounds like a gimmick where they give you a rental at a really good price because they know there is a chance that they can talk you into buying a membership to something. Therefore they won't sell to people who aren't likely to buy something else from them.
Just because it is your house doesn't mean you can refuse to rent to a protected class.

It’s a Time-share scam. They only want people who they believe can afford the payments. Your better off spending a little more money and rent somewhere else.
