Florida keys vacation rental for 3 or 4 families?

I am looking for a waterfront "compound" that would have the following amenities:
boat dockage
swimming pool (basketball area would be great too)
large yard (preferably a couple acres)
units for up to 4 families

I know there are some estates with main houses and guest houses or something like that but the one that I have stayed at in the past lo key estates, is booked the week I need it. Does anyone know of anything similar.
I prefer north of Marathon (Islamorada would be ideal)
The week of Aug 2-9 or Aug 9-16

    Try VRBO (Vacation rentals by owner). Here is a rental in Islamorada that might work out for you, although it is hard to find anything comparable to lo key:
