I’m planning to buy a vacation home in Orlando, Florida, as I want to be close to Disney World
but I would like to know:
1.-What other areas besides Orlando are close to Disney?
2.-Is Orlando the closest area to Disney? (I know Disney is in Orlando but maybe other areas could be as close)
3.-what areas would you recomend me to buy? (nice, safe,close to highways etc?)
the thing is that I will only use the house twice a year but Im planning to rent it to people visiting Disney that is why I need it near

Winter Haven is a nice, nice area! It can be pricey, but worth it. Look into the surrounding areas, as most are all very close to I-4 and people like to rent the homes out versus staying at the resorts if at all possible.
