Any suggestions on "Places to Visit" in FL?

I am going in June and I am staying for 5 days. I’m trying to visit as many places as possible while I am there. I’ll be staying in Kissimee so it would be great to get suggestions around that area. I will have a rental car. I also have a party of 15 during this vacation.

Does my landlord have to reimburse me for the delivery of my stove?

My stove died Monday before Thanksgiving. My landlord was on vacation in Florida when it happened. My apartment came with a stove in it. He told me he had a stove I could have but I had to get it because he wasn’t in town. I don’t own a vehicle so I had to hire an appliance mover to get my stove and install it in my house. Now I’m pretty sure that’s not my responsibility as a tenant. Can’t I give him the bill and make him deduct what I had to pay for the delivery from my rent?
My landlord told me I had to get the stove myself. I asked him to get it for me and he said He couldn’t. I’m not in Florida, I’m in Maine. I told him i had to pay someone to get the stove and he said do whatever I had to do. He sent Stove specialists to my house before he bought me a new stove. But told me i had to figure out how to get it to my house, because he had no one to do it for him. If one of his friends had done it He would have paid them. I hope this helps clear up the questions everyone had!
It cost me a hundred dollars to get someone to take their Pickup truck and drive the 60 MILES from my house and back to get the stove, and deliver it in my house.

Question about renting a vacation house in a gated community.?

I will be travelling to Orlando Florida this summer for two weeks. I am considering renting a house from a private owner. My concern is: Should I be concerned that if I pay now (January) that the owner wont have sold the house or been foreclosed on by the time that I plan to go in July??

My grandmother is a hungry money bitch.?

My grandmother is a money hungry brat.
Me and my siblings got taken away from my mother a few years ago, so…now me, and my three siblings live with my grandmother. Our father died, so we still get social security checks. My grandmother gets 3,100 dollars a month from my father’s death, and my grandma also gets a retirement check. (which probably reaches her bank account 4,000)

She doesn’t pay rent or own the house (my papa is letting her live here for free.), all her cars are paid off. My papa is STILL paying child support for his youngest daughter which lives with us also, and shes 21 years old (shes in college.) PLUS one of my siblings has a different father….so shes getting child support from him too. So that probably adds about…4,900 a month.

We aren’t rich, we don’t go shopping at hollister or anything. Well..from what my grandmother says "we…just don’t have the money."

We have 6 people living in this house. My aunt which is 21….has a job, and basically pays for food, some bills, her car insurance, etc. So, she really isn’t subrating money out of the bank.

The other day…i told her i needed new glasses, b/c they broke. (and i drive!), and she said "Well, you are going to have to wait for next month…b/c i don’t got the money." but then a few days later, she asked me what my plans were this week, so i can babysit..while she goes to florida on vacation (BY HERSELF!). Umm..? I think my glasses are more important…you think?

What can i do?! She has a bank account with over 30,000 dollars in it. I’ve heard her on the phone before…talking about how whenever she gets "RID" of us, shes going to costa rica on vacation, and then moving to florida on the beach. (by the time all my siblings graduate…she’ll have enough for whatever her little heart desires…the youngest one is only 5 years old, and it doubles each year.)

What should i do about this? Is this stealing?
Shes not really doing anything wrong….we got a roof over our head, food to eat with, and bills are paid. But…i feel like shes taking OUR money from MY father’s death for HERSELF.
Thats not right, and i want to say something so bad. (I’m 18, and a senior in highschool.), she doesn’t want me to get a job…b/c she wants me to concentrate on school. So..if she kicks me out b/c of my smart mouth of her wrongings…then…i’ll be fucked.

Whats your opinion?

Every year my mom dad sister and I go to Florida and stay at my grandparents condo. This year they are letting both of us bring one person. I want to ask if I can take my gf but don’t know what they may say. They may be scared about going into eachothers rooms but we are both very chaste and my parents room is in between both the of the bedrooms she and I would stay in so they would see and hear us. We are both 16 and my sister is 18. What is your opinion? Would you allow it?
