I am on vacation and was told to remove my dog from the beach or I would receive a fine. I am on the beaches of Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. I have NEVER been to FL, first time and I am shocked that no dogs are allowed? Can anybody PLEASE help me find any information online that can confirm this?

Me and my friend are vacationing in florida in about one week... the rental car will be under his name since he's over 25, but I want to pay for the rental online. So my question is will they let us rent the car under his name but with my card?
We are looking to travel to Destin for vacation either in May, September, or October this year. We would like to bring our 2 boxers with us, so we need somewhere that is dog friendly. We would like to stay for around 2-4 days. Any suggestions on a good resource for finding a condo/townhome/house for rent in Destin, Fort Walton, or surrounding areas for those days?
