Ok..so i am looking for single family homes in Orlando, Florida for rent. NO NOT a vacation rental. I have gone and google and i have been on every website possible you name it iv'e been to it. So i really dont know what to do right now, i am stressing out because i havent found one good single family house in the price range of 0-00. Also, i do not want it to be in a community, and what im looking for has been hard. I live in New Jersey so i cant just fly over there and look for houses..I have a family and a job to deal with..so help if anyone knows any websites or any information on
(Single Family Houses.. 4+ bedrooms more than 1 bath..and backyard.)

we're thinking of a small wedding in California or Florida at the beach where we could rent several vacation properties (for the wedding party and families of bride/groom) and hold the ceremony/reception on the properties??? Or a suggestion for a hotel/resort that would accomodate families and allow a weekend of fun activities before/after the wedding…. hiking/swiming/ gathering in one house/place to cook/hang out, etc?!

Economical SW Florida vacation possible?

I have never been to Florida nor on any real vacations in my adult life. I would like to see the nature and creatures of SW Florida. I can fly there, but, if one does not have a credit card car rental is not an option…can someone recommend ways to get around inexpensively? Also if I am not into the high grade condo vacation but i don’t want to stay in a cheezy hotel, any ideas to be nice and economical?

i went on vacation for 2 weeks. stayed in a hotel on my way down to florida [forgot to check for bedbugs before i slept for 4 hours], my parents condo’s [2], and a hotel on the way back. the condos are in different buildings, and people across the hall in one of them had reported bed bugs in their condo. i moved to the other building when i found this out, but still had to visit once a day or so. on the way home, i meticulously checked my hotel room and found nastiness but no bedbugs or signs of bedbugs. when i was leaving the room the next day, i found two little black spots on the top sheet near the bed of the bed about 1.5 inches apart.

after driving 10 hours, i was 30 minutes from home and my mom called and told me she found 2 similar tiny spots of blood in the condo i stayed in for the remainder of my trip. when i got home last night, i took my clothes off in the garage and put them in a plastic bag. i freaked out the whole night, they could have been on my small dogs. i slept on my old couch and barely got any sleep half from worry and the other from being uncomfortable. i woke up at 1 am after sleeping for an hour to find myself itching my thighs, when i got up and looked, it seemed as if there were a few mosquito bites on them so i started flipping out! what can i do??? i cant just sit back and let this happen! i left everything in my car, luggage, clothes, bedding, dog bedding, food bags, towels, EVERYTHING…now what?

We would like to go to Orlando, Florida. I used to live there and she has never been there, so I would like to take her. We know that it is not going to be cheap and we have some of the expenses in mind. But I don’t know if we are forgetting anything?? We have 2 options of getting there, either we take a plane or we drive. Here is what we came up with for our expenses (what we will need)

By Plane:
Plane tickets (both ways)
Hotel money
rental car money
gas money
food money
Spending money

By Car:
Gas money (driving to FL.)
Food money (driving to FL.)
Toll money (driving to FL.)
Hotel money
Food money (while in FL.)
Gas money (while in FL.)
Spending money
Gas money (going back home)
Food money(going back home)
Toll money (going back home)
(idk how much money we are going to actually need for gas… its just to be safe. and we can probably buy like snacks at home and bring them with us for the trip. if needed.)

Of course we are both going to pay for the stuff, but are we forgetting anything?? and does anyone have any ideas how we can cut down on our expenses?? I think the way we should go is taking one of our cars… but idk? Please help!!!! :/
(this trip will not happen for like a year and a half or so…)
We will be leaving from pennsylvania… if that helps any (:

i used to live there and when i did you get a discount at disney if you had a FL drivers license.also we would def not be staying at a disney or universal hotel… just a regular hotel.. (: because we want to look at the area as well as go to the amusement parks… (:

My daughter used to be fine with motion, now she gets motion sick?

When my daughter was 0-6, she was fine with planes and cars. Now, when she was 7, she vomited on the plane to Mexico. She’s nine now, and she got carsick in my rental car after my car was at the repair store. The rental was very bumpy she says, but she didn’t throw up. She was nauseous, though. This year when she’s 10 (Turning 10 in August), we’re going to Florida in November. I’m worried she might vomit again. It’s only a 2-3 hour flight, but the one to Mexico was four hours. I have motion sick medicine, but does it always work? Now I’m always nervous when we drive places. Last year, when she was eight, we went to Myrtle Beach, a 2 hour flight. We had a great time! She says it was her best vacation ever, and that once she woke up and said to herself, "What a great dream, when I open my eyes it’ll all be gone." then she said she sniffed the hotel air and opened her eyes and saw a bright sunny day! She sure is a delight, and yes, she took the medicine on that ride. But does motion sick medicine ALWAYS work?
Dramamine, that’s it! That’s the medicine I have. Yes, she’s fine with that, but does it always work?
